Snugdoku(이하 "게임")는 Kaizen KR(이하 "저희")이 만든 논리 퍼즐 게임입니다. 이 방침은 게임이 어떤 정보를 왜 쓰는지, 그리고 이용자가 무엇을 고를 수 있는지 설명합니다.

기기에 저장하는 정보

진행 상황, 코인, 소품, 설정, 구매 기록은 기기에 저장되어 인터넷 없이도 이어서 할 수 있습니다. 오늘의 퍼즐 알림도 기기 안에서 예약합니다. 이 정보는 게임을 통해 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 기기 백업(Android는 Google 계정 백업, iPhone과 iPad는 iCloud 백업이나 컴퓨터 백업)이 켜져 있으면 이 저장 파일도 백업에 들어가므로, 새 기기나 다시 설치한 게임에서 복원될 수 있습니다. 저희는 이 사본을 보거나 바꿀 수 없습니다.

광고 (Google AdMob)

게임은 무료이며 Google LLC의 서비스인 Google AdMob과 AdMob이 함께 일하는 광고 네트워크를 통해 광고를 보여 줍니다(동의가 필요한 지역에서는 설정의 "광고 동의 다시 고르기"에 목록이 나옵니다). 광고를 보여 주고, 광고를 측정하고, 부정 사용을 막기 위해 이 서비스들이 다음 정보를 모을 수 있습니다.

• iPhone과 iPad에서는 Apple의 앱 추적 투명성 창으로 추적 허용 여부를 묻습니다. 허용하지 않으면 광고 식별자를 쓰지 않고 추적 없이 광고를 보여 줍니다. 게임 기능은 어느 쪽이든 같습니다.

광고 내용은 Google 기준 PG 등급(보호자 지도 아래 대부분의 이용자가 볼 수 있는 등급) 이하로 제한하고, 도박, 만남, 정치, 종교 같은 분야는 막습니다. 막는 것이 완벽하지는 않으므로, 게임에 맞지 않는 광고를 보면 설정의 "광고 신고"를 눌러 알려 주세요. 열리는 메일에는 최근에 나온 광고 몇 개(종류, 시각, 광고 식별자)가 적혀 있어 그 광고를 찾아 막을 수 있습니다. 메일을 보내지 않으면 아무것도 전달되지 않습니다.

사용 통계

이 판의 게임에는 분석 서비스와 오류 보고 서비스가 없고, 게임이 이용자의 플레이 내용을 저희에게 보내지 않습니다. 설정의 "사용 통계 보내기"와 "분석 데이터 초기화"는 이후 판을 위해 마련해 둔 항목이며, 이 판에서는 보내거나 초기화할 데이터가 없습니다. "사용 통계 보내기"를 꺼도 광고 서비스가 모으는 정보는 바뀌지 않으며, 그것은 광고 동의 선택을 따릅니다. 이후 판에 이런 서비스를 넣게 되면 그 판을 내기 전에 이 방침을 먼저 고칩니다.

구매

결제는 Google Play나 App Store가 처리합니다. 스토어는 어떤 상품을 샀는지와 거래 식별자를 게임에 알려 주고, 게임은 코인이 두 번 들어가지 않게 하고 구매를 복원할 수 있도록 이것을 기기에 보관합니다. 스토어는 자체 약관에 따라 주문 기록(상품, 가격, 날짜, 나라 등)을 저희에게 줄 수 있습니다. 카드 번호나 청구 주소는 받지 않습니다.

평점

퀼트를 몇 판 끝낸 뒤 게임이 Google Play나 App Store에 평점 창을 요청할 수 있습니다. 창을 띄울지는 스토어가 정하고, 남긴 평점과 리뷰는 그 스토어의 약관에 따라 스토어로 갑니다. 게임은 무엇을 적었는지 알지 못합니다.

문의 메일

저희에게 메일을 보내시면(설정의 "문의하기"와 "광고 신고"는 메일 앱을 엽니다) 보낸 분의 이메일 주소와 보낸 내용을 받습니다. "문의하기" 메일에는 도와 드리기 쉽도록 앱 버전과 언어가 먼저 적혀 있습니다. 메일을 보내지 않으면 아무것도 전달되지 않습니다.

아동

보안과 보관

저희는 이용자 정보를 저장하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 보내 주신 메일과 신고로 막은 광고 기록은 마지막 메일을 받은 날로부터 1년 동안 보관한 뒤 지웁니다. 더 일찍 지워 달라고 요청할 수도 있습니다. Google AdMob, Google Play, App Store가 모은 정보는 각자의 방침에 따라 보관됩니다.

선택과 권리

• 설정의 "광고 동의 다시 고르기"(동의가 필요한 지역에서 보입니다)에서 광고 동의를 바꾸고, 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 관리할 수 있습니다.
• 게임을 지우면 게임이 기기에 저장한 정보가 모두 지워집니다. 기기 백업에 든 사본은 백업 설정에 따라 남거나 지워집니다.

Snugdoku ("the game") is a logic puzzle game made by Kaizen KR ("we"). This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have.

Service information

The short version

• The game has no accounts, login, chat or server of our own. We do not ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
• Your progress and settings are saved on your device.
• The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect device and usage information as described below.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We never see your payment details.
• This version of the game has no analytics or crash-reporting service.

Information stored on your device

Your progress, coins, decorations, settings and purchase records are saved on your device so you can keep playing, including offline. Daily reminders are scheduled on your device too. This information does not leave your device through the game. If your device backup is on (Android backup to your Google account, or iCloud Backup or a computer backup on iPhone and iPad), the backup includes this game save, so it may come back on a new device or after you reinstall. We cannot see or change these copies.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC, and the ad networks that AdMob works with (listed in the app's Settings under "Choose ad consent again" where consent is required). To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, these services may collect:

• your IP address, which can indicate your general location;
• your device's advertising identifier and other device identifiers such as the app set ID;
• device and app information;
• how you use the app (such as app launches and taps) and interact with ads;
• diagnostic information such as app launch time and stability.

Your choices:

• In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent message before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time with "Choose ad consent again" in Settings.
• On iPhone and iPad, the game asks for permission to track through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you do not allow it, the advertising identifier is not used and ads are shown without tracking. The game works the same either way.
• You can reset or delete your device's advertising identifier and turn off personalized ads in your device settings.
• Rewarded videos are only shown when you tap a button that offers them.

Ad content is limited to Google's PG rating or lower (suitable for most audiences with parental guidance), and we block categories such as gambling, dating, politics and religion. Blocking is not perfect, so if you see an ad that seems wrong for the game, tap "Report an ad" in Settings. The e-mail it opens lists the last few ads shown (their type, time and ad identifiers) so that we can find and block that ad. Nothing is sent unless you send the e-mail.

Usage statistics

This version of the game does not include any analytics or crash-reporting service, and the game does not send us how you play. "Send usage statistics" and "Reset analytics data" in Settings are there for a later version; in this version there is nothing to send or reset. Turning off "Send usage statistics" does not change what the ad services collect; your ad consent choices do. If a later version adds such a service, we will update this policy before that version is released.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. The store tells the game which product you bought and gives it a transaction identifier. The game keeps these on your device so that coins are never given twice and your purchases can be restored. The store may give us order records (such as the product, price, date and country) under its own terms. We never receive your card number or billing address.

Ratings

After you finish some quilts, the game may ask Google Play or the App Store to show its rating window. The store decides whether it appears, and any rating or review you leave goes to the store under its terms. The game does not learn what you wrote.

Contacting us

If you write to us ("Contact us" and "Report an ad" in Settings open your e-mail app), we receive your e-mail address and what you send. The "Contact us" e-mail starts with your app version and language so that we can help. Nothing is sent unless you send the e-mail.

Children

Snugdoku is made for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information through the game, please contact us and we will help.

Security and retention

We do not run a server that stores player information. We keep e-mails you send us, and the records of ads we blocked because of a report, for one year after your last e-mail and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Google AdMob, Google Play and the App Store keep the information they collect under their own policies.

Your choices and rights

• Change your ad consent with "Choose ad consent again" in Settings (shown where consent is required), and manage the advertising identifier in your device settings.
• Delete everything the game stored on your device by uninstalling it. A copy in your device backup is kept or removed according to your backup settings.
• Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA or Korea's Personal Information Protection Act), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, to limit or object to its use, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for personalized ads. For information held by Google's ad services, use your ad consent choices, your device's ad settings or the ways described in Google's privacy policy. You can also write to us and we will answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we publish the new version at this address with a new effective date.
