개요

모모블러는 사진 속 얼굴, 글자, 개인정보를 모자이크, 블러, 검정 막대, 이모지로 가리는 사진 편집 앱입니다. 회원가입이나 계정이 없고, 개발자는 사용자 정보를 저장하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.

사진은 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다

사진을 고르고 편집하고 저장하는 모든 과정은 사용자의 기기 안에서 이루어집니다. 편집 중인 사진과 결과물은 개발자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 얼굴과 글자 자동 감지는 Google ML Kit를 사용하며, 감지 역시 기기 안에서 실행됩니다. 저장할 때는 사진의 픽셀로 새 파일을 만들기 때문에 원본에 들어 있던 위치(GPS), 촬영 기기, 촬영 시각 같은 메타데이터는 저장된 파일에 남지 않습니다.

권한

앱은 사진 보관함 전체를 읽는 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 사진은 Android 시스템 사진 선택 도구로 사용자가 고른 한 장만 열고, 카메라 촬영은 기기의 카메라 앱을 통해 이루어집니다. Android 10 이하 기기에서는 편집한 사진을 갤러리에 저장하기 위해 저장소 쓰기 권한을 요청합니다. 다른 앱에서 공유하기로 보낸 사진은 앱 안에서 편집하는 동안에만 사용됩니다.

Google ML Kit

ML Kit는 기기 안에서 동작합니다. 얼굴 감지 모델은 앱에 들어 있고, 글자 인식 모델은 Google Play 서비스를 통해 내려받습니다. Google은 ML Kit의 성능 진단과 사용 통계를 위해 기기 정보(제조사, 모델, OS 버전), 앱 정보(패키지 이름, 앱 버전), 설치별 식별자와 기기 식별자, 성능 지표, 오류 코드를 수집할 수 있습니다. 사진이나 감지 결과는 여기에 포함되지 않습니다.

광고

무료 버전은 Google AdMob 광고(홈 화면 배너, 저장 후 전면 광고)를 보여 줍니다. AdMob은 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 부정 행위 방지를 위해 IP 주소(대략적인 위치 추정에 사용될 수 있음), 광고 ID와 앱 세트 ID 같은 기기 식별자, 앱 실행과 광고 클릭 같은 상호작용 정보, 앱과 SDK의 성능 진단 정보를 수집하고 Google과 공유할 수 있습니다.

유럽경제지역(EEA)과 영국 사용자에게는 Google의 동의 도구(UMP)로 광고 개인정보 동의를 먼저 묻고, 앱의 설정에서 "광고 개인정보 설정"으로 언제든 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 광고 ID는 Android 설정에서 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

광고 제거 구매

"광고 제거"는 Google Play 결제로 처리되는 1회 구매입니다. 결제 정보는 Google Play가 처리하며 개발자는 카드 번호 같은 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다. 구매 여부는 광고를 숨기기 위해 기기 안에만 기록됩니다.

기기에 저장되는 정보

편집 안내를 이미 봤는지, 광고 제거 구매 여부, 광고 빈도 조절을 위한 저장 횟수와 마지막 전면 광고 시각 같은 설정값만 앱 저장공간에 보관합니다. 이 값은 클라우드 백업이나 기기 간 이전에 포함되지 않고, 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 삭제됩니다.

사진을 열 때 사진 선택 도구, 카메라, 공유하기가 앱의 임시 저장공간에 사본을 만듭니다. 앱은 사진을 불러오자마자 이 사본을 지웁니다. 공유하기로 보내려고 만든 편집본은 다음에 앱을 열 때 지웁니다.

공유

사용자가 "공유하기"를 누르면 Android 공유 화면에서 사용자가 고른 앱으로 편집한 사진이 전달됩니다. 그 이후의 처리는 해당 앱의 정책을 따릅니다.

보관과 삭제

개발자는 사용자에 관한 정보를 보관하지 않습니다. 광고와 ML Kit를 위해 Google이 수집한 정보는 Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)에 따라 처리됩니다. 삭제 요청이나 문의는 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요.

보안

광고 SDK와 ML Kit가 보내는 데이터는 전송 중 암호화(TLS/HTTPS)됩니다.

아동

Overview

MomoBlur is a photo editing app that covers faces, text, and personal information in photos with mosaic, blur, black bars, and emoji. There is no registration or account, and the developer does not operate a server that stores user information.

Your photos never leave your device

Selecting, editing, and saving photos all take place on your device. Photos being edited and the resulting images are not sent to the developer or third parties. Automatic face and text detection uses Google ML Kit and also runs on your device. When you save a photo, a new file is created from its pixels, so metadata from the original, such as location (GPS), the device used to take the photo, and the time it was taken, is not retained in the saved file.

Permissions

The app does not request permission to read your entire photo library. It opens only the single photo you select through the Android system photo picker, and photos are taken through your device's camera app. On devices running Android 10 or earlier, the app requests storage write permission to save edited photos to the gallery. Photos shared from other apps are used only while you edit them within the app.

Google ML Kit

ML Kit runs on your device. The face detection model ships with the app, and the text recognition models are downloaded through Google Play services. For ML Kit performance diagnostics and usage statistics, Google may collect device information (manufacturer, model, OS version), app information (package name, app version), per-installation identifiers and device identifiers, performance metrics, and error codes. Photos and detection results are not included.

Ads

The free version shows Google AdMob ads (a banner on the home screen and interstitial ads after saving). To serve ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect and share with Google your IP address (which may be used to estimate your approximate location), device identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID, interaction information such as app launches and ad clicks, and performance diagnostics for the app and SDK.

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom are first asked for ad privacy consent through Google's consent tool (UMP). You can change your choices at any time under "Ad privacy choices" in the app's settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

Remove-ads purchase

"Remove ads" is a one-time purchase processed through Google Play billing. Google Play handles payment information, and the developer does not receive payment details such as card numbers. Your purchase status is recorded only on your device to hide ads.

Data stored on your device

Only settings such as whether you have already seen the editing guide, your remove-ads purchase status, and the number of saves and the time of the last interstitial ad used to control ad frequency are kept in the app's storage. They are excluded from cloud backup and device-to-device transfer, and are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

When you open a photo, the photo picker, the camera or the share action places a copy in the app's temporary storage. The app deletes that copy as soon as the photo has loaded. An edited copy made for sharing is deleted the next time you open the app.

Sharing

When you tap "Share", the edited photo is sent to the app you select in the Android share sheet. Further processing is subject to that app's policy.

Retention and deletion

The developer does not retain information about users. Information Google collects for ads and ML Kit is handled according to Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Please send deletion requests or questions to the contact address below.

Security

Data sent by the ad SDK and ML Kit is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS).

Children

The app does not ask any users, including children, to enter personal information such as names or contact details.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, it will be published on this page with a new effective date.
